RETURNS POLICY

What’s your return policy?

We know sometimes you need time to make your mind up, so we offer a 14 day return policy.

You may return most items within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.

You will be fully refunded, including cost of return, for any product that is damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped or any circumstance that is in our error. Alternatively, if you wish to exchange an item, please contact us.

If the return is not as a result of an error on our behalf, you will be expected to cover the costs of the return postage.

 

We will not issue refunds for the return of certain items, including:

  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after the date of delivery

  • Any purchase that has obvious signs of use

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts

  • Any Sale items that have been reduced from original price,

This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. You can exchange any item, as long as it is in its original condition. For faulty items, please contact us.

Exchanged items must be received by us within 28 days of the date of delivery.

We will not exchange items that:

  • Are returned more than 28 days after date of delivery.

  • Have obvious signs of use.

  • Are not in its original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts.

Please allow 2 weeks for Exchanges for in-stock items. Back ordered items may take longer

REFUND POLICY

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days after you receive your purchase. If 14 days have gone by since you receive your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned.

If any suit has been customised or made to measure they are strictly non-returnable. This includes if your order has been hemmed to a particular length.

Refunds (if applicable)
You may return your purchase without question for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the item if:

  • You ordered the incorrect size

  • You are not satisfied with the quality of the item

  • You feel the item is not as described

  • ​

Please inform us via email at support@tuxandtailsni.co.uk with your order number and reason for refund. You will then receive instructions on where to send your item. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Only we have the right to determine the returned products condition. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once approved we will process your return and issue a full refund within 14 working days.

Once you inform us that you would like to return your item, you then have 14 days to ensure it is delivered to us. After this point we will not be able to accept your return.

 

Cancellation of Order 
If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to support@tuxandtuxandtailsni.co.uk with your order number and reason for cancellation.

If your order has not yet begun production we will issue an immediate refund.

If your suit has already begun production, we will not be able to immediately cancel your order. The suit will be delivered to you as promised where you can then request for a full refund to be processed.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will happily exchange your order to make sure you get the best size and fit for your suit.

If you need to exchange your purchase for different sizes or for a different suit altogether, send us an email at support@tuxandtailsni.co.uk with your order number and what you'd like to exchange.

You will need to send us your suit in it's original packaging and in the condition that it arrived. Please be sure to include a note of your order number, return address and what alterations you require.

Once we receive and process your return, a new suit will be shipped directly to you, tracking details will be provided. If we have the items required for your exchange in stock, we will use those.

If, when we receive the return, we deem that you have damaged the goods then the exchange will be denied and the suit returned to you. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs.
